Torch applied 5mm thick, reinforced elastoplastomeric polymer - bitumen bridge deck waterproofing membrane characterised by a high resistance to puncture and is therefore particularly suitable for single layer waterproofing systems where high mechanical resistance is required such as bridge decks, road ways and viaducts.

Typical Applications

  • Waterproofing systems where high mechanical resistance is required, such as

Advantages

  • APP polymer modified -specifically selected for Australian and NZ conditions
  • Handles ponding and permanently wet conditions
  • No curing times. Instantly waterproof
  • Uniform thickness eliminating likelihood of uneven application possible with liquid applied membranes
  • Excellent stability at both high and low temperatures
  • Excellent durability and flexibility
  • Flexibility at low temperature (EN1109) : -15°C
  • Impermeability to water (EN1928 B method) : ≥500 kPa
  • Longitudinal Tensile elongation (EN12311 1) : 40%
  • Longitudinal Tensile strength (EN12311 1) : 1100 N/50mm
  • Thickness /Mass : 5mm / 5kg/m²
  • Transverse Tensile elongation (EN12311 1) : 40%
  • Transverse Tensile strength (EN12311 1) : 950 N/50mm
